The space

One queen sized bed in one bedroom with 1 dresser, 2 night stands and a tv. Second bedroom has two twin beds, 1 dresser, 2 stands and tv. Linens provided. Both have windows ac units. Both have closets.

Living Room has a Futon which sleeps 2, a large TV and open to kitchen area and patio.
